Amazing journeys begin when our hearts have been touched by those we least expect, through events that were unpredicted and through challenges we hope never to face. To open your heart and  share love with all living beings is one of the most Godly things one can do to bring you closer to the Divine. Please touch one heart today with a smile, a prayer, sending love or giving food to someone who needs it whether you know them or not, whether they are wealthy or homeless, whether you dislike them or
love them - we are all interconnected and we all share the same emotions and feelings, you'd be amazed by the warmth you receive from the Universe from this act of selflessness.
 
 
Today was one of those days where life slapped me on the back with the intention of waking me up. I learnt of the death of a colleague I had only worked with for a couple of months and although not entirely direct daily contact, the sadness of those around me and the reality that the only sure thing in life is death really reminded me of how lucky I am to still be here. Being a clairvoyant/medium sometimes helps in that it gives an understanding of the process of transition and I have the opportunity to contact those that have passed, but it never eases the sorrow or pain that you feel being left behind or that butterfly feeling and goose bumps when you see someone else suffering. So my lesson for today is to love like you have never loved before, live like there is no tomorrow and dance as if no one is watching. Enjoy the time you have here, enjoy your family and close friends, give a lot of love and never say no to the things you enjoy doing in life. Stop putting the things you want to do on a back burner. We live always for money because we need to pay bills and rent and school and the list goes on....but are you enjoying what you are doing? Are you happy waking up every morning doing what you do? What would you do if you were given a timeline of how much time you have left in this life? Would you choose to live your dream or someone elses?

Our lives have become so much more busy with work, family, play, internet, business it's as if nothing ever comes to a stop to give us time as individuals to enjoy life's simple pleasures even a quiet 5 minutes to center ourselves seems impossible most days. Have you tried sitting for more than 2 minutes without thinking of the massive list of things to do, or tried to listen to your breath without your kids or spouse interupting. Yelling won't add more time, however finding a quiet room where you can close the door and shut off the world including your cellphone or if this is not possible going outside into nature and allowing your mind to hear the sweet sounds of the wind rustling or the birds chirping can really help you start. Whenever I notice an imbalance in my energy or feel over whelmed or overburdened I know that I have not spent time on myself. It is natural for us to want to help others and do for others but we must realise in our efforts to do this that were still giving to ourselves as well. Whether it's a mini treatment of any kind or a walk in the park, a gift for yourself, remember you are important too!
 
 
As I sit and listen to the rain playing an almost orchestrated sound on my roof, I think it only appropriate to write about washing away negative thoughts. I am beyond inlove with rain and do not associate it with negativity in any way,  actually I believe rain brings about life and purification and for that reason it can increase chances of renewal and rebirth if you use the energy to help you in that way. We are all humans and we are all guilty at times of having a negative thought here and there, however it can become very draining to those around us and ourselves if we maintain a negative aura and constant negative thoughts and words. It creates dullness, fatigue and not to mention headaches! If you ever find yourself under constant nagging from those around you or you find yourself drowned in negative thoughts cancel them immediately. Simply say I cancel that thought and recreate and replace that thought to something of a more positive nature like the amazing life around us including nature and spirit :) Not only does it bring awareness to you about your thoughts but it also brings happiness around you...remember like attracts like. Start bringing positive thoughts into your life!
 
 
It is beyond doubt that at some point of our lives we will lose someone close to our heart for many reasons we may never truly understand, maybe their lessons served us in their transitions or their calling here on this earth plane had come to an end and their spiritual agreements had been fullfilled and for whatever reason God's plan came into play and opened new opportunities and adventures and missions for their spirit to journey on. Because we are all made up of energy and we are all interconnected you can use your senses to communicated with your loved one. Some ways spirit try to communicate include:
1. They actually talk to you.....maybe telepathically, you may feel a quick blow of air by your ear, high pitched sounds inside of your ears.
2. Something unexplainable happens...an example one night I went to bed, turned off and shut down the top of my laptop and was awoken to loud music coming from the laptop 4 hours later at 2am.
3. Constant unexplainable static in electronic devices.
4. They touch you, perhaps you feel a gentle touch and no one is there.
5. Light a candle in a room that has the windows shut and watch the flame, if it moves a lot or vibrates you know spirit is there.

I know most of you are thinking I don't have much to give, it is already difficult surviving wih what I already have. With the economy as hard up for jobs and people losing employment and companies losing money everyday it is still possible to help those around you. I always feel great gratitude and love when I do simple little things to help someone out especially when they least expect it.
Here are some things you can do to put a smile on someone's face today or tomorrow if you wish...
1. Help a homeless person by buying them a meal and drink, even a gas station hot dog and a juice is sufficient.
2. Lend your shoulder to cry on.
3. When you are at the checkout at the supermarket and you see the person in front of you struggle to make the total, help them out if you can.
4. Help an elderly person or pregnant lady with their bags at the grocery.
5. Donate to a great cause, even $5.00 helps.
6. Donate any clothes if they are still in great condition and you no longer need them or use them to someone who needs them.
7. Make a meal for a sick friend or family member.
8. Visit kids at an orphanage and lend an hour a month to reading them a story.
9. If you are in a long line in the bank and supermarket and you see an elderly person, pregnant woman or a lady with young kids behind you, see if you can get them to the front.
10. Compliment someone, it will surely put a smile on their face.

I have some great suggestions for a great nights sleep, placing a glass of tap water on your bedside table is a great remedy, I actually find that I have a peaceful uninterrupted night's sleep by using some grains of sea salt in the water , placing an amethyst crystal either under your pillow or on your bedside table is also great - for me on the bedside table works better as I have an influx of energy and feel nervous with the amethyst under my pillow, however not everyone is as sensitive to the energy of crystals, and a short clearing meditation before bed.
These have helped me many a night :)

We interact as human beings hour after hour day after day in the physical sense - meaning conversations, work, friendships, relationships etc. Although we want to be loved by all and invisible to those attacking, we cannot escape every missile that passes our aura unless we spend 24 hours a day energetically protecting our space and clearing our energy centers. Psychic attacks come in many forms and no you do not have to be psychic to be effected, unfortunately those on the attacking side hardly ever realise that they have thrown negative impacts at you such as daggers, knives, swords and other hard objects that can scar your aura and remain there unless you clear them or have a healer clear them out of your space and heal any scars. Another great way which I have found to compliment a healing is to bathe in the sea/ocean or in water with sea salt and be gentle with yourself. Effects that can be possiblly felt are chronic pains in your body or energetic field that have no medical reasoning and fatigue.

Have you ever watched a movie in which a character can miraculously make themselves invisible and wished you could do the same? Perhaps hide yourself from your nagging boss, or stake yourself out in a room to hear what others are saying about you, or perhaps zone out for quiet time.

Although our minds aren't as developed to do this as yet, we have the ability to camouflage our energy to not standout and be seen and attract attention.

This is possible by doing two things, one is to pull in your aura closer to your body and the second is to blend your energy with your surroundings,  imagine that your energy is the same colour as everyone's around you.

Play around with the concept and have some fun! Next time you're in a classroom and you don't want your professor to call on you, or you are at work very busy not wanting to be disturbed.
