Today's journey in to King Solomon's temple brought forth a message of openness to learning the truth of your heart and neutrality to difficult situations in your life. take a different perspective in looking at arguments, disagreements and give love where you would ordinarily give hate!

I have decided in light of the new year to embark on a series of journeys, one a day from December 26, 2011 - January 2, 2012. I will be traveling to the following destinations and seeking information for manifestation, peace, love, healing Mother Earth and meeting up with the Ascended Masters to seek guidance for a wonderful 2012 - this information I will blog here, however in addition I will also document my journey on the Scared Journeys page - stay tuned for a ride into the Universe :

The year 2012 has brought about tremendous curiosity and an overload of information from all walks of life. There is talk of catastrophe's, the ending of civilization, the ending of the world/earth. Hundreds of books have been written on the topic and of the Mayan calendar ending in 2012. Has anyone considered that perhaps the Mayan calendar just came to an end without any impeding catastrophe's predicted or that the Mayans maybe just ran out of room to include anymore years, or even that we as a human race may have calculated their dates incorrectly? For each and everyone who has spent time thinking about it or researching it or even "looking" at it, Que sera, sera, Whatever will be will be! I have spent sometime reading into future events and having a look at 2012 and although I do "see" and it has been communicated to me that there may be some major catastrophe's that may scare a lot of people, the world will not be coming to an end in what is predicted a major Dooms day. I stress on the may, only because the future can always be altered based on many factors at a particular point of time. I see that based on the economic situations around the world that life will become simpler for all, everyone will take charge of their consumptions and growing of provisions. Communities will form to create unity between people so that sharing and bartering will present itself. Huge conglomerates that monopolize the markets will eventually fall and we as a race will become self sufficient. Smaller family owned businesses based on loyalty and heart will grow and multiply. This I do not see in the next year but within the next 10-15 years and although technology will continue to develop the earth will be healthy once more and the air we breathe will be cleaner. Mother Earth is currently at a time of purging and clearing with the help of the dedicated angels that have been assigned to her. May we all assist in sending her love and prayer.

With the Year about to come to an end and an exciting new year around the corner, the big "2012" I am sure a lot of people have started to put their resolutions together.  It is now a time to start clearing your space, ridding your home of things that are of no use, and clearing stagnant energies that are just circulating. Open your windows and allow the fresh air to sweep through your home, clear your cupboards of unwanted and old clothing, expired can goods, ornaments that don't have a place and make room for the new. Allow prosperity to enter your home by clearing space for it to enter, if there is no space where can it go?! Clear Old habits that do not serve you anymore. Perhaps instead of setting resolutions you can set goals that you can work towards and take each day at a time. I see so many people wanting to change old habits and create new ways of life and set New Years Resolutions only to fail, it may be a good idea to look at why those habits are there and what creates them, how they affect you, how they affect others, why you really want to change them, just watch the habit from a state of neutrality and allow to play in front of you. Most times by just being aware of what creates those habits and working on that aspect you can well be on your way to making a change.

Grounding yourself can be a part of your everyday regime. It is as easy at touching your nose. Grounding yourself connects you to Mother Earth and through your connection to her, your bodies both astral and physical can begin to heal and release any energies that do not serve you well at this point of time. A very easy way of grounding that requires minimum effort is to go outside onto grass and earth and just stand,, or sit with your bare feet planted on the earth close your eyes and just ask your spirit to ground you and start releasing energy, you may not even notice or feel anything but be sure that your body and spirit have gone through with your request. There are other more technical ways of grounding that require a little more effort, but can be done in less than 5 minutes. Another way is to sit or stand or walk whatever is more comfortable and picture your 1st chakra, which is at the base of your spine. It can be a circle, a spinning fan, a twirly ball of energy anything you want to perceive it to be and any colour or colours and from that chakra connect a line of energy to the center of the earth, your line of energy can be a tree trunk or a rope or a fancy cord with sparkles - use your imagination and let it take whatever shape or form you wish it to, there is no wrong or right,  just have fun! The last thing to do is to just allow any energies that are not yours or not for your highest good to go down to the center of the earth and have her recycle the energy. If you have an ailment or chronic pain or just a headache, try grounding yourself, try going outdoors into mother nature, breathe in her energy, breathe in the Sun energy - I am sure it will make you feel better. Mother Earth is really amazing in all her presence, she is open to healing and love and she listens with great intent to anything you wish to tell her. I love to send her love energy and gratitude from my heart whenever I can, she always returns it with greater love!

Energy is such an amazing part of our lives. For many who cannot see or feel it, it becomes non existent. It can difficult to believe in something that is not tangible, but if one starts to break that down they can start wondering whether molecules, disease, bacteria, the Universe, wind and the works exist. We can say they do because of the cause and effects or that with disease we can see the outcome, however if the outcome was not present we would just be relying on the words and studies of the geniuses we call scientist. Energy is all around us, it is also within us, we are energy, the world is energy, the Universe is energy, everything we touch is energy, furniture is energy, the words we speak is  energy, God is energy, Angels are energy, light is energy, every living and non living thing is energy, the difference we share is that we all beat at different vibrations. Etheric cords are such a basic form of energy but in its simplicity it can become complicated in the implications that are caused by its presence. An etheric cord is like a string or rope that connects from our astral bodies to the bodies of other people, objects or spirits. They aren't always connecting, but can do so from a thought that we have of that person or thing or physical contact we had with either.  Depending on how long that cord has been connected and the power of either party determines the strength of the connection.
Do you recall a time when you might of felt drained for no reason at all? Or you had a friend visit you and after hearing her complain about everything under the sun, then when she decides to leave she says with a smile "I feel so much better every time I speak with you", but you are extremely drained and exhausted, perhaps even agitated and you notice this to be a recurring feeling every time she visits- chances are energy has passed through your connecting cords. If a person is needy or depressed or angry, they can pull your energy through that cord unintentionally and without even being aware. But it doesn't always have to be negative - another example can be that you thought of an old friend and then they called you out of the blue, the cords can also be a form of telepathic communication as the energies are passed through them. I hope I don't have everyone reading this in a panic and wanting to stay away from anyone else......it is healthy  to cut these cords as often as you feel necessary. A simple way for many is to call upon Archangel Michael and Archangel Rafael, they are both very loving and willing to help in any way they can for our highest good and the highest good of all. You can just close your eyes and ask Archangel Michael " Please cut all of the cords connecting me to anyone and send the cords back to their rightful owners"...You are not hurting anyone by doing this, I believe it is more of a help and healing. After, call upon Archangel Rafael "Please heal all or any open wounds in both my physical and astral bodies resulting from these connections", you may feel a tingling, or you may feel absolutely nothing at all. But I can assure you they will do as you ask! Please do not forget to give gratitude for their help and just say a simple thank you!

Tonight I was fortunate enough to have attended an amazing workshop based on manifestation... although I have been taught many forms in the past and experimented myself with others, it is always fun and educational to learn different methods for creating and co-creating from different backgrounds and cultures! A perfect night as well as it worked out to be 3 nights before the full moon - a night in which to start your manifestations and of course continue until the full moon. After a clearing meditation and one in which we discovered our personally created blockages, we worked on a meditation to manifest financial prosperity. The evening of course grew with delight as it became an opportunity to make our stagnant energies flow. We danced to the different elements; the stars and moon, fire, earth, water and wind and then a merge of all5 in as free a form as we wish, dancing as if no one was watching.....absolute and Divine Freedom to realize there was no judgement within the group, and without doubt laughter and fun. On my drive home I started to think about how society including parents have such an effect on a child's/person's mind. Through control and worry we mold each other into what society deems as "Normal". But if you think about it, what is "normal", who is to say that the guy who gives up stability in a job or decides to wear a dress instead of pants is wrong? Why can't judgement just disappear, well here's what -  it can and it start with you! Next time you see someone walking down the street who you'd normally consider weird or different, take a step back and look at them from a different angle, notice that if you cannot that it's your "Stuff" coming up, not theirs at which point you may need to go within to resolve it. I think at some point in our lives we have forgotten to have fun and to allow our free spirits to enjoy life, that is one of the reasons we are here, let your inner child be free!

I was asked a couple of days ago what spirits look like....it is a common question when people become aware of the work I do. Well everyone "sees" Spirit differently I presume, they appear human like to me, but in a transparent form. "How do I know it is a Spirit and not a Human being?" Well the energy is different and there is usually a little glow to their presence, although they appear in solid form they are transparent. Amazingly my experiences with spirit have communicated in different forms from vision, to feeling, to hearing, to seeing and sometimes even smelling. I have not had any negative experiences that I can recall, other than maybe twice seeing a darker energy, I fear more the living than the spirits. Spirits usually appear clothed and their energy defines their character, they are just like us, some are funny, some depressed, some happy, some sad, some fun, most are respectful, some are a bit more direct and want attention, some really get desperate to send messages. Spirits cannot hurt you unless you allow them to, if you stand your ground they more than often listen, If you ever get scared because you feel a presence just ask Archangel Michael to stand next to you and hold your hand. He is a powerful Angel and you usually can feel him grab your hand and immediately relax knowing he is standing there. His presence brings a warm sensation to your space. Always remember to thank him for being there.

Had a breath taking fun evening, attended a workshop on the Medicine Teachings of the Triple Goddess – Brighid. She is the Celtic Goddess of the British Isles. The Goddess of healers, poets, smiths, childbirth, inspiration, fire and water. It is believed  that nineteen nuns tended the eternal flame of Brighid at her sanctuary in Kildare. The flame was burning for 800 years in Kildare, the Church of the Oaks, before being extinguished by Henry VIII. In 1993, Brighid’s flame was finally re-kindled in Kildare’s Market Square by Mary Teresa Cullen, who at that time was the leader of the Brigidine Sisters. The sacred flame is kept by the Brigidine Sisters in their home. In addition, St. Brigid’s Well is located close to the Black Abbey near the site of the millrace, which was used by St. Brigid. This well is a site for religious devotion particularly on St. Brigid’s annual feast day of February 1st. Near the end of the teachings we were welcomed to light a candle from her flame and also wash the candle in Holy water brought from her well in kildare while listening and chanting along to a song dedicated to Brighid herself. Magical, Magical moment!

I am almost finished reading an exciting book....to be honest, the name had me a bit hesitant and weary at first "A Witch's Guide to Astral Travel"  potentially spooky and one of those names that catch your curiosity, even though you think you should maybe run in the other direction rather than lay a finger on it because that little incy bit of touch would some how cast an evil spell on you and attract some sort of negative entity to latch onto to you! But my curiosity caught the better of me this time, there were no recipes for magic potions and crazy stuff but a straight to the point and very informative book on the subject of Astral travel. For the curious and open-minded readers, Astral travel is just a way of separating your consciousness from the physical body and embarking on an adventure of your choice, past, present or future for leisure or for collecting information and visiting loved ones or pets who have already transitioned. You cannot die by experimenting with this nor vanish into thin air to be stuck in another realm or universe, nor have I ever heard of an entity or evil spirit entering anyone's body while doing this for our silver etheric cord remains in tact, keeping our spirit connected to our body. We all astral travel when we go to sleep, just many have no recollection of doing it. If you have ever had a vivid dream with the most exquisite colour palette then chances are you have remembered one of your travels. I have experienced this phenomenon since I was a little girl, my earliest recollection is the age of 5. I recall being out of body many times and looking at my physical body laying a sleep, I was scared out of my pants many times and thought I was dying, at that age the scariest thing was that it was uncontrollable for me and I couldn't understand how to return. However it was fun and exciting and now a days adventurous and filled with vast possibilities.
